In our first 90 minute consult we will discuss:

Your current status and future goals for your lifestyle, nutrition and medical history.

A Functional Movement Screening Test will determine any asymmetries in your body that need addressing in your exercise program.

These will be used to build your program and accelerate your results.  

Step 2: Supervised Training & Nutrition Program

We will evaluate your test results and goals to create a personalized training plan and diet that will take you to the next level of health, strength, and endurance.

I will create a program in your Ali Fitness App to make it easy to stay on schedule, allow me to track your training, and keep you accountable daily.

Step 3: Reevaluate & Tweak

We will get together to assess your progress on a monthly basis. We will make adjustments to your goals, and I will tweak your training and nutrition program to accelerate your results.
